Madman formed in the fall of 2025 shortly after the sad passing of Ozzy Osbourne. Backstage Bar & Billiards was hosting a multi band tribute to the Prince of Darkness where each band would perform two to three songs from Ozzy’s catalogue. Madman at this point was just a few friends who wanted to participate. It was decided that they would create a full on tribute act to keep Ozzy’s legacy alive. They quickly began adding songs to their list based on historical impact and popular appeal. The setlist follows the journey from Ozzy’s beginnings in Black Sabbath to the later part of his career. The band is dedicated to bringing the Ozzy Osbourne live performance to audiences to the maximum degree possible. This is for the fans who want to remember seeing him in person and those who never got the chance.
